THE PROCESSION OF THE RESOLUTE!
When an era ends, everything may appear chaotic. However, the Holy Spirit hovers and governs over the chaos. God always stands at the beginning of any new shift, era, or dispensation: In the beginning… God.
“Now the earth was chaos and waste, darkness was on the surface of the deep, and the Ruach Elohim was hovering upon the surface of the water.” Genesis 1:2 TLV
Throughout Scripture, movements arose when people recognized the spiritual significance of the time. Movements of God displace individual ambition and summon a people into corporate destiny for Kingdom purpose. The second time Jesus returns will differ from the first, when He came as one man, representing the Father and the Holy Spirit. The prophetic words that describe Jesus as the Servant, the Messenger, and so on, are all symbolic images of Jesus returning in union with many in the end times.
God intends to shake things until only what is rooted, true, aligned, and built on what is eternal remains (Heb. 12:26). Pressure first seeks out and exposes existing cracks! Whenever history reaches a turning point, the old frameworks and systems cannot carry what’s coming next and cannot contain what God intends to release. The challenge is that we are living inside the hour of transition; this is usually an uncomfortable place.
“See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:25-29)
The outcome of the shaking depends on what people have chosen to build their lives. The healthiest posture during such times is not fear and panic; it is becoming anchored. It is not about trying to control the storm or absorbing every headline into your nervous system, but about getting rooted in what is eternal, true, stable, and unmovable—this is our God and Saviour Jesus Christ!
In every major transition in Scripture, God raises up a people with the spiritual capacity to carry the dynamic of the next phase of His purpose. Those chosen to be born and live in such times are prophetically wired as messengers of YAHWEH. They are born in the place of intimacy with a burden-bearing gift. They represent a resolute tribe of mighty men and women, built to serve God in this moment. This tribe will lead the battle in the last days, having been tested in fire and enduring great persecution. I believe Psalm 91 is written for this tribe, of whom a thousand will fall at their side and ten thousand at their right hand as they press toward completing their assignments.
This tribe of leaders consists of servants who will attain the stature of the perfected Man, Christ (Eph. 4). They are leaders appointed and anointed by God, positioned at the Gates of the City of God to protect His assets. They are not ones seeking fame and fortune; they are warriors shaped in obscurity and fire.
Jesus condemned the religious system that killed the prophets sent by the Lord. He began Matthew 24 with the prophetic warning that the entire temple of legalism, religion, and hypocrisy would be destroyed. This message remains relevant today. Jesus is about to dismantle everything built through fleshly strength and agendas—Pharisee-ism, legalism, and religion. God is rising to purify His House.
During this time, the Body of Christ urgently needs Christ-like, resolute apostolic and prophetic leadership to emerge. Just as geese fly in formation in the shape of an arrowhead and continuously make way for new leaders to step forward, so must the Body now prepare for such a tribe to take the lead in unfolding God’s transcendent plan. These great saints exemplify the character of the last-day generation, who will give everything and endure all that is thrown at them to complete the course and finish the race.
They lead in the Procession because the King is returning. They are transitional leaders whose purpose is to guide the Body through great challenges, guard the truth, prepare the way for Christ’s return, and bring in the harvest. In times of crisis, God sends a people prepared to stand firm and not be shaken.
“Gather to me my consecrated ones, who made a covenant with me by sacrifice.” Psalm 50:5
Many know what they want from the Lord and are very excited and focused on that, but the question is whether we are prepared to give Him what He wants from us. Will you pay the price for that? Like Paul our desire must be to apprehend the purpose for which God has apprehended us—that we may fulfill the life God blueprinted in us.
To live in this dynamic, we must live as one fully surrendered to His will, where the flesh has died once and for all! In this place, He is not only God, but also Lord over our lives, Lord over all! In this place, it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me, as I pick up my cross to follow Him, to ride in the procession beside Him, where all idols and idolatry cannot exist. As the Holy Spirit told Rees Howells: “Two wills cannot live in the same body. I am coming in, and you must go out!”
God will not support or sustain our projects, worldly interests, and desires. He does not compete with our agendas or pursuits. He waits patiently. He waits for us to see that everything is futile without Him, having no eternal significance. The essence of living the crucified life is that we become still and know that He is God.
The Lord is saying to His people:
The pull of the world is strong, and many cannot overcome its power. Only the crucified receive My power and life to overcome all lusts of the flesh, lusts of the eyes, and the pride of life. Lay it all down as a sacrifice and in return receive fullness of joy, peace, glory and fullness of the Holy Spirit without measure. That is what I am after, in these days of toil and trouble.
My supernatural zoe life will sustain you in the work. It will move and direct your steps. It will overtake your thoughts. Your life will be consumed by My Life; it will be absorbed into My Divine purpose. Your destiny and Mine are being fused together as one, and will cause My Glory to rise upon you.
I have need of a resolute army of warriors who heed only My Voice, who await My commands, who serve My interests, even when they don’t know what that means. They are willing to be moved by Me, … as they go… Their Level of trust in Me is such that all fear leaves. My army fears no man. They are mighty in My eyes, and I commend them for their endurance and faithfulness.
Not knowing Me is to fear. I AM the One to fear, as I hold eternity in My hands, and My Will shall be done. The devil is like an injured lion roaring and seeking to devour the fearful in desperation. The devil sees his end and knows it is coming and is working ferociously to take as many with him as he can. The enemy has come down from their place, as they know their time is short.
Become seekers and lovers of the truth that can only be found in My Word. That is your only protection from the world and the devil. I am doing great work in this hour. I am rising in the world, and the nations will know my great power, and they will know that I am Yahweh God.
DECREE:
In the name Jesus, I take my stand against my enemies and the enemies of God. God has declared, no weapon formed against me will prosper.
A thousand may fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand; but it shall not come near me. Only with my eyes shall I look and see the reward of the wicked.
I have entered the overflow of God’s goodness and abundance. I now dwell in the Land of Promise, where Goodness and Mercy pursue me every day.
