The Administration of Conclusion

Brought Forth for the Climax of the Ages for the Coming of the Lord
“…with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times…” — Ephesians 1:10 NASB
When Jesus declared, “It is finished,” on the Cross, He spoke of a finished work—finished in eternity. In light of the God who lives outside of time, the work of redemption was fully and eternally accomplished. Jesus was enthroned and seated, and the foundation was laid so the superstructure could be built. The administration of the ascended Christ had begun through the Holy Spirit’s work. The finished work is undeniably complete; it is indisputable. Yet the work of sanctification was ordained to begin.
The Holy Spirit was sent to administer within humanity all that Christ accomplished on the Cross. His work of sanctification, purification, transformation, and conformation carries the finished work into its ordained expression. Only the Holy Spirit holds the blueprint; only He can build the foundation and the superstructure, for He searches the deep things of God. Only He can build Christ in us. As Scripture declares, it is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of the living God that the temple will be completed and the Headstone brought forth. There is, therefore, an ongoing work leading to conclusion—a conforming work, a transforming work, a renewing work. A divine makeover has been ordained. A heart transplant is promised.
“This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” — Jeremiah 31:33 (Heb. 8:10)
God also declared through the prophet Ezekiel that He would remove the heart of stone, give His people a new heart, and place a new spirit within them. The Holy Spirit is working to bring forth in humanity God’s finished intention, revealed in His Son and accomplished by the Cross.
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.” — Ezekiel 36:26-27
The Holy Spirit now applies this transcendent work to all believers. He takes what was eternally finished in Christ and progressively forms it within God’s people. This work continues until the corporate Body of Christ reaches maturity and attains the fullness of Christ’s stature as its Head. The emergence of a New Creation is God’s desired end—a corporate people conformed to the image of Christ, made ready to contain His fullness.
An Administration Appointed for Conclusion
Every administration is appointed to serve God’s purpose within a particular era. The final one, however, will be an administration for conclusion—brought forth for the management of Divine affairs for the conclusion of redemptive history.
This concluding era will be uniquely defined by the coming of the Lord. Everything that marks it—the shaking, warfare, revelation, glory, deception, confrontation, and great harvest—must ultimately be understood in light of His appearing. History is not drifting toward an undefined ending. It is moving toward a divinely appointed, structured conclusion centred on the coming of Christ.
This generation stands within a convergence unlike any before it. Hebrews declares that the faithful who preceded us are not made perfect apart from us. Their lives, sacrifices, promises, and victories are joined to this generation in the transcendent, concluding glory of God’s purposes. The generations are being gathered into one glorious consummation.
“And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.” — Hebrews 11:39-40
What began with the patriarchs is being brought forward toward a determined conclusion in the fullness of time. Israel, the Gentile saints, and Christ will be joined together—a threefold cord that cannot be broken, releasing exponential power. The new, perfected man will emerge. The ultimate conclusion of redemptive history will be completed in Christ. This concluding era will therefore be marked by extraordinary, climactic conditions.
Billions now live on the earth, and the harvest determined for the end of the age is on a scale never before witnessed. As a climactic showdown draws near, the wheat and the tares will be coming to maturity together, at the same time. Righteousness and evil are both growing toward their fullest expression, producing an increasingly notable distinction between the children of light and the children of darkness—God is drawing a line of demarcation.
Lawlessness abounds, and the love of many has grown cold. Deception has grown increasingly sophisticated and extensive, penetrating cultures, institutions, and systems. People struggle to discern reality from illusion, truth from manipulation, and righteousness from counterfeit compassion—leading to unsanctified mercy. In such an hour, spiritual discernment is essential. Those who know their God understand, will stand firm, and act. Yet darkness will not define God’s ordained conclusion of the age.
“ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you.” — Isaiah 60:1 AMPC
The greater works Christ foretold will increasingly come into view, as a people who know their God perform great exploits. As opposition intensifies, the courage of true believers will become more evident. A people formed in the secret place—forged and strengthened through testing, governed by the Spirit—will arise, bearing evidence of an authority that cannot be manufactured by man.
The waters issuing from the House of God will continue to rise. Faith, anointing, revelation, and the operation of the seven Spirits of God will increase among a yielded people. The Spirit of the Lord, together with wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord, will be evident among those who loved not their lives unto death. As darkness covers the earth, these saints will shine with the increasingly distinct glory of YAHWEH.
The dividing line will become unmistakable. God declared in Malachi that His people would again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who does not. In the concluding era, true allegiances will become evident. Maintaining neutrality will become increasingly difficult as the Lord’s presence and the shaking of heaven and earth intensifies.
Great courage will be shown in this hour to stand under persecution, but also to remain pure, speak the truth, resist deception, love when hearts grow cold, and stay positioned under the government of God while the world is being swept into lawlessness.
The Earth Can No Longer Contain the Poison
The earth itself bears witness to the moral and spiritual condition of its inhabitants. Scripture presents the land as responding to what humanity has committed upon it. When corruption reaches its fullness, the earth can no longer hold what has been deposited within it.
The earth will “vomit out” the poison its inhabitants have fed upon—the ideologies, deceptions, violence, perversions, and systems of death that have been consumed and normalized. Humanity’s consumption of this vile food has borne its fruit and the hidden consequences of rebellion have become evident.
“For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.” — Leviticus 18:25
God’s exposure is His mercy. He exposes what cannot enter His Kingdom. His shaking separates and reveals what belongs to Him—Kingdom substance from mere appearance, truth from deception, the eternal from the temporal.
A People Who Embody the Conclusion
The Administration of Conclusion concerns bringing forth what God intended it to produce—the fruit and reward of Christ’s labours. The Holy Spirit is preparing a people who embody the conclusion of redemption—a mature, corporate Man joined to Christ the Head, conformed to His image and filled with His Spirit. This people serve His conclusion as yielded instruments of His authority, wisdom, and glory.
The concluding era will reveal the maturation of darkness, but also the maturation of the sons of light. It will reveal the fullness of deception, but also the Spirit of truth. It will reveal lawlessness, but also a people governed by God’s throne. It will reveal coldness of heart, but also a company burning with first love. It will reveal great fear, but also astonishing courage.
Jesus declared, “It is finished.” The Holy Spirit was sent to bring that finished work to its ordained expression among a people. The Administration of Conclusion will gather the work of the ages and advance it toward its appointed consummation—the mature Body united with its Head, a prepared Bride awaiting her Bridegroom, and a House made ready for the fullness of His glory
