Defection From Saul’s Army to David’s

As the riches of Christ are being unveiled, a fierce enemy is rising—one who knows his time is limited. He is moving fast, trying to push a global agenda ahead of schedule. Elements of the United Nations 2030 Agenda are being brought forward this year to be signed in November. Tech moguls such as Peter Thiel will be hosting a private four-part series on the Antichrist. I believe interest is being stirred in preparation for the antichrist’s future unveiling. However, God’s people are being stirred with passion and conviction to prepare for their King—the King of kings and Lord of lords.

God is calling His army to now defect from Saul’s army, represented by human reasoning, fear of man, and partial obedience. It is an army more concerned with reputation than obedience to God. Saul disobeyed God’s clear instructions from the prophet Samuel. To preserve his image, he chose his own reasoning over divine revelation and instruction given to Him. Now is the time to leave Saul’s army—the army of compromise and self-reasoning.

“When he went to Ziklag, those of Manasseh who defected to him were Adnah, Jozabad, Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai, captains of the thousands who were from Manasseh. And they helped David against the bands of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and they were captains in the army.” 1Chronicles 12:20-21

Saul’s leadership is not capable of winning the war against the giants. God’s favour has now shifted from Saul to David. Heaven’s mantle for this hour belongs to a David company—a remnant marked by courage, humility, and radical loyalty to the King. God is summoning His consecrated ones to gather to Him. Like David’s mighty men, these men and women are willing to risk everything to fulfill God’s Kingdom purposes.

Samuel poured oil on David’s head, anointing him as the future king of Israel—symbolizing the King and His Kingdom. David was anointed as king many years before he ascended to the throne of Israel. During this period, he endured a time of testing, waiting, and trusting in God’s plan. I believe God is calling His army to now go back and revisit the moment of the Call, the consecration and ordination of God. He is about to Crown His people for a time of Kingdom rule to invest them with the authority required for the hour.

The Throne of God was divinely connected to the throne of David, who carried the heart of God as a picture of Christ (1Chron. 29:23). David had the anointing to unify the tribes of Israel into a single nation and an army that became a formidable force. Leaders are now being established with that anointing to unite the tribes as one nation under God.

A unique stewardship and authority are now being released from Heaven—unlike anything we have seen before. It has been crafted by God Himself for this Era of Convergence, where Heaven’s purposes collide with Earth’s. This is the moment when the hidden treasures of Christ—the unsearchable riches reserved for such a time as this—are being unlocked and revealed to a prepared people.

We are being tested at the borders of possessing the promises of God. Just as Israel was circumcised at the borders of the Promised Land, so too must God’s army undergo a circumcision of the heart. All traces of Egypt must go! No mixture, no compromise, no double allegiance can possess the Land. He will not pour New Wine into old wineskins.

This is an accelerated season. Those who have not trained their ears to hear God’s voice clearly will stumble, as there will be moments to pause, regroup, and listen to the Lord’s fresh command. The giants are waiting, and only a consecrated, courageous people can stand against them as they position themselves in Christ.

The Yokes, Chains & Traps are being Exposed & Broken!

The enemy has laid landmines and snares in our past. These are subtle traps and snares meant to entangle the unsuspecting in places they don’t belong. God is now exposing and untangling His people from webs and nets meant to choke and destroy destiny. Psalm 124 is one of the Song of Ascents, of David, sung on the way up to the City of God. It represents our spiritual journey to becoming secured in the Presence of God.

“If it had not been the LORD who was on our side,” Let Israel now say—”If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, When men rose up against us… Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped.” Psalm 1241-2, 7

The Hebrew word for fowler means the one who sets a trap, a hunter, or to be ensnared in a net. The snare is the trap. We can live unaware of the snares the fowler has set, and but for God, we would not have escaped. He is now in a movement of cutting the net, the webs, the chains and the ties to reposition His people for the days ahead. A repositioning is happening across the Body of Christ as we enter the season of the Fall Feasts which catapults us into a challenging season.

It is wise for the Church to now evaluate its gates and test the strength of its walls before the shaking intensifies. Only what is built on the Rock, willing to embrace the dynamic of  God’s New Wineskin, will stand. It is time to move past the fundamentals of salvation and identity, from a season of milk into a season of meat. Not long ago, God gave me the word that it was time to go on the Lion Diet! God’s lion-hearted army is His sons and daughters, anointed and appointed for this hour, who love to devour meat!

It’s vital to understand the age we are living in! How can leadership guide without knowing the times? God declares: “Behold, I do a new thing, do you not perceive it?” The word “new” means new—something never done before! No one entirely understands what God is about to do, what the new wineskin looks like, or what the new wine tastes like. We also don’t know the way forward because we haven’t been here before. Everything is being directed by revelation through His Word; therefore, anointed leaders will be essential in the days to come.

The deception of this hour will be subtle in its craftiness, hidden beneath truth, and dressed in language designed to seem righteous. A new vocabulary is being created to make evil appear good, portray good as evil, and make what is holy seem foolish. This is yet another trap!

This is the hour for strategic boldness! As 5786 and 2026 approach, we must be both spiritually and practically aligned with God and in community. Now is the time to command the manifestation of God’s will on Earth. It’s time to get over ourselves and focus on Jesus. This means shedding distractions, overcoming self-absorption, and fixing our eyes solely on the Lord. God’s people will be positioned to walk in victory, face the giants, and carry His purposes into the nations.

Gatherings will become divine appointments for impartation, transformation and advancement. These are times of equipping for the battles of convergence, where Keys of divine understanding and revelation are given, identities are solidified, and faith is ignited. The purpose is clear: to position a people who will not just survive but walk in victory, commanding God’s will with fearless faith.
