Command the Manifest

In Matthew 11:14, Jesus said that if His people were willing to accept it, John the Baptist was Elijah who was to come. He then followed with the statement, “He who has ears to hear let him hear.” Jesus is saying, listen up, there is something here for you to understand.

It was not understood at the time He was speaking, that His statement represented and carried the Call to prepare the way for His return. This Call is not necessarily a person that was to come, although that is a possibility, but it was for sure a future Call that was to come upon the generation that lived prior to His return. It was a Call that was to come!  

It is a Call that is here! It is a Call that has arrived! 

It is a Call that the saints carry to gather all things in Christ—to build the House of God; the Ark of God that will be manifested for His Return—a House prepared by an apostolic generation moving in His authority to command … as Elijah did!

Elijah commanded that there be no rain, and it did not rain for three and a half years.  After the time expired, Elijah prayed and called forth an abundance of rain. The authority and anointing to command, comes from a life that has a deep history of abiding in God, living a consecrated life, walking in holiness and living the life of a Nazarite.

Both Elijah and John lived such lives; they were sold out to serving God.  Elijah lived as a Nazarite who was positioned was in the Lord’s Presence and carried His authority. This is the hour for the Elijah generation to arise—these are the days of Elijah, and like John the Baptist, carry the honored Call Jesus spoke of, that was to come, to prepare the way of the Lord’s second coming!

Recently the Lord began to speak to me through Isaiah chapter 45. He has spoken to me in this passage many times in the past, regarding His going before to open the double doors.  In verse 11, He highlighted the words, “Command ye Me!” 

At the time I was too immature and felt very uncomfortable with even the thought of it. Who can command God? However, the Lord began to open up an understanding of this word and His heart concerning it for this time, as timing is everything regarding God’s purposes becoming manifested.

“Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and CONCERNING THE WORK OF MY HANDS COMMAND YE ME.” Isaiah 45:11 (emphasis mine)

What does that mean? This is a command to His servant leaders, to those who understand authority and are under authority, to COMMAND THE KNOWN WILL OF GOD TO MANIFEST into reality, in the appointed hour.

Those who are consecrated, crucified in the fire and have surrendered all to God are commanded to call the things that are His known will, things that are not yet manifested, as though they were. 

The command to command, is given to those who are God’s kings and priests who enforce His will on Earth. They have counted the cost, having become living sacrifices. Having a deep history with God, they have seen His faithfulness, they have a healthy fear of the Lord, and they trust Him wholeheartedly.

To such ones God would say, “Command ye Me.” This command is not for personal will, personal desire or based on opinions. This command is to first understand the clear will of God concerning a matter. When the will of God is known, He releases the permission to command its manifestation.

Or when the appointed time has become clear, we can bring to His remembrance the matter He had previously spoken. The command requires an offensive stance, the moving out of the army to command the Will of God to be implemented, and to call for its manifestation.

As the Lord was revealing this to me, I saw the word MANIFEST in all caps, and heard the words COMMAND THE MANIFEST! God is saying, the time is now ripe for the manifestation of His will concerning certain matters. That it is time for His servants to now be bold to call forth the future from the spiritual realm where it exists, into our reality.

TO COMMAND THE MANIFEST, foundations must have been secured in time spent with the Lord to see the fruit and the evidence materialize.

My Friend Pastor Dale Rosborough recently received a word from the Lord to begin to War for the Supply. She Said: “The war over supply has never been greater. The enemy knows that Kingdom wealth is linked with the great harvest that is on the horizon. The war over finances has never been greater or victory more vital…

The outpouring is associated with supply! That is why the battle rages and that is why the temptation to give up on promises the Lord has given you is so high. The enemy knows that once his supply lines are transferred to the realm of the righteous, he has lost. So how do we war? We war with the word of God!

There are too many powerful passages from the Word of God that the Front-line army has been quoting for years; I believe it is now time to Command the Manifest of these words.

“But as it is written: “EYE HAS NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NOR HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN THE THINGS WHICH GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

Heaven’s economy is faith. It is our purchasing power, the currency of heaven. We buy gold with faith. It is freely given to us.

“Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.” Jeremiah 32: 17

Katherine Kuhlman once said: The only limit to the power of God lies with the individual.

God is saying, “I have given you the land you must now take it!” 

In Zechariah 10:1 God makes an unusual statement; He says that in the time of the latter rain we are to ask for rain.  What does this mean?  It means that in the time of the last outpouring, when the flow has opened and the clogs have been removed, the water begins to flow in torrents. There is nothing to hinder the flow!  This is the time to ASK!

This is the time to ask for rain because the Heavens have been opened.

The fervent intercession of the Elijah saints has removed the barriers, cleared the log jams and the clogged arteries.  In this time, they can then, as Elijah did, Command the rain, as rain is coming, rain is assured, rain is the will of God!

I believe I am speaking prophetically that THE TIME FOR RAIN HAS COME!

God is saying as He said in Isaiah 45, “…CONCERNING THE WORK OF MY HANDS, “COMMMAND ME!”

In verse 8, He then declares a Word that we are to Command at this time!

“Rain down, you heavens, from above, And let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, THE LORD, HAVE CREATED IT.” Isaiah 45:8

God is going to rain down righteousness and pour out Salvation!  WOW!

I heard God say: I am dismantling and unraveling in this hour. Be bold to Command My Word to now see its Manifestation. Command it in Faith and Authority.

It is time to begin to move out now as an army and Call in and Call forth the POWERS OF THE AGE TO COME!  Call for the Power! Call for the Signs and Wonders. COMMAND THE DUNAMIS POWER OF GOD TO BE DISPATCHED! Joshua commanded the sun to stand still, and it did!

“And there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that the LORD heeded the voice of a man…” Joshua 10:14

Fear and the avoidance of risk, will hinder the move of God and keep us stuck and never moving forward. IT IS TIME TO GET UNSTUCK!  It is time to open our mouths and decree, or we will not progress toward our Divine destiny to appropriate the fullness of our inheritance. We must become bold about framing our future, as it says in the book of Hebrews.

“By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” Hebrews 11:3

GOD DID IT, AND HE INTENDS FOR US TO DO IT! To frame and create our world with the Word of God!  It is now time to Command the things known to us that God desires for our lives based on His Word, from prophecy and revelation given regarding His determination for our futures—dreams He has given… TO COMMAND THE FUTURE TO NOW MANIFEST IN THE PRESENT.

This is what Jesus did when He came the first time, He disrupted that system and established a new one. This happens all the time with technology. The new makes the old obsolete. LET US BUILD SOMETHING NEW WITH THE WORD OF GOD!

Jesus made the old covenant obsolete by establishing a new one. He didn’t try to change or fix the old one.

“In that He says, “A NEW COVENANT,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.” Hebrews 8:13

The old covenant became obsolete. I believe this is a word for the present reality of Church! The END TIME MODEL that God has designed and determined will receive Him is now coming forward into time is making the present one obsolete. I am not speaking of another Covenant outside of Christ; I am speaking of a new revelation of it—a New Wineskin fashioned for this hour to withstand the challenges of the hour.

I hear the cry of God saying: Give Me faith that I can work with!” When I see such faith, Great things will begin to manifest in your lives and on the Earth. I am a great and Mighty God, come to Me with great and mighty requests with a heart that believes. Put a demand on My Word, My faithfulness and My Goodness!

I AM HEARING THE SOUND OF THE ABUNDANCE OF RAIN!

PRAYER:

Lord we command Your Word concerning the works of Your hands: Let the rains of righteousness come; Let the rains of salvations come as You have said in Isaiah 45.  Let the gates be open as You have said in Psalm 24! Let the double doors be open! Let the King of Glory come in! Let the bars of iron be cut. Let the gates of Bronze be broken now in pieces. Let the armor of demonic kings now be loosed!
